Terms and Conditions
If you pre-pay for a service you have 14 days to get your information to us. If we do not have your information and you have not communicated with us as to why we have not received your information we have the right to cancel the service. If you send the information after the 14 days an additional fee will be added because we have deadlines we have to adhere to.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*If your information changes you are responsible for letting us know before the magazine is published, once published it cannot be changed.
*When ordering merchandise, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, if it is different from the address on your submission form.
*Talking with Toyia Radio Show & Podcast
If you are a no show for your scheduled interview, you have the option to reschedule, but an additional service fee will be charged. Please allow ample time to reschedule your interview, if you need to reschedule. Emergencies are understandable, but need to be communicated immediately.
*All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
